Dustin P. Holderread

September 10, 1997 - July 15, 2018

      Dustin Porter Holderread, 20, of Plymouth, passed away from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident, Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
      
       Dustin was born September 10, 1997 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, to Andrew and Marylynn M. (Ringer) Holderread.
      
       Dustin graduated from LaVille High School in 2016. He completed welding training at Knox SCILL Center.
      
       He had worked at P.W.I. (Paul?s Welding) in Nappanee as a welder for two years. He recently began working at Ritschard Bro., Inc. in South Bend. Dustin has worked at Plain View Farms in Plymouth for seven years. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, Lakeville, Indiana.
      
       Dustin was an extremely hard worker, he began working on farms at a young age. Even though Dustin didn?t grow up on a farm, he always considered himself a farmer and so did all his friends. He loved working and driving tractors, or basically anything with an engine. He was active within the 4-H Fair for ten years and loved showing cattle. Dustin also was involved in mission trips through Shiloh Wesleyan Church; he served in Guatemala and Kentucky.
      
       Surviving is his mother, Marylynn M. Holderread of Plymouth; sister, Maelee A. Holderread of Plymouth; maternal grandparents, Paul and Elaine Ringer of Plymouth; paternal grandparents, Arlen and Pat Holderread of Plymouth; paternal great grandfather, Dean Holderread of Argos, and his father, Andrew Holderread of Alabama.
      
       Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Shiloh Wesleyan Church, 10532 4B Road, Plymouth, Indiana 46563, and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday at the church.
       A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the church with Dave Pittman officiating.
      
       Memorial contributions may be directed to the Shiloh Wesleyan Church Missions Fund, 10532 4B Road, Plymouth, Indiana 46563.
