We strive to offer a caring heart, compassionate concern and provide emotional support to our bereaved families not only through the time of their loss, but also through our aftercare program.  We intend to continue our efforts long after the Tribute Services are over, with a loving dedication to the families we serve.

We try to make a difference for them by follow up phone calls, personal notes of encouragement and home visits. These notes or visits may be accompanied by appropriate resources such as informational handouts, booklets and brochures as part of our outreach. We also supply our families with a list of suggested reading and local support groups to assist them to work through their grieving process.

Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home tries to remember their families especially at times when we think they need special attention such as the holidays, first anniversaries or any upcoming e to listen and to let them know that they are nodifficult day that we might be aware of.  Most importantly we want our families to know that we are here as a friend.

We are here to listen and to let them know that they are not alone and that what they are thinking and feeling is all right. Aftercare, we feel, is essential to help our bereaved families because people need people, especially those who care.
