Brian Kersey, 46, 13332 5 C Road, Plymouth, died in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, at 0:00 A.M. on Sunday, August 14, 2011.
      
       Brian, the son of Dale Kersey and Joyce Elaine Sullivan, was born in Plymouth on April 28, 1965.
      
       He graduated from Plymouth High School with the class of 1983, and he served in the United States Army.
      
       Brian worked at Eagle Craft for many years and also worked at U.S. Granules prior to that.
      
       A true outdoorsman, he loved fishing, mushroom hunting and gardening.
      
       Very artistic, he enjoyed drawing. Reading was one of his favorite pastimes.
      
       Brian will be remembered by many of his well known phrases: Be good or be good at it, 4-Life, Everything will B-L-K (his initials), Catch ya on the flipside.
      
       He was the best, most loving and caring, funny, amazing dad there is and he will be missed a lot.
      
       Brian is survived by his father, Dale Kersey, Jr., Plymouth, two sons and a daughter.
      
       His sons are Brett Kersey, Plymouth and Jared Fawley, Kewanna, Ind. His daughter is Katelin Kersey, Logansport, Ind.
      
       A brother, Steve Kersey, Culver, and a sister, Amy Cole, Plymouth, survive as well.
      
       Brian was preceded in death by his mother.
      
       A celebration of Brian?s life will be held Saturday, August 20, 2011, from 2 to 10 p.m. for friends and family at Brian?s home, 13332 5C Road. Everyone is welcome.
