Lexie R. Shock July 17, 2009 - September 6, 2010        Lexie R. Shock, one year old daughter of Mary M. Fullerton and Kyle L. Shock of Plymouth, died at 7:27 p.m. on Monday, September 6, 2010, at Riley Children?s Hospital, Indianapolis.               Lexie was born on July 17, 2009, in Indianapolis.               She is survived by her parents; a brother, Coby Long; maternal grandparents, William and Malena Fullerton; paternal grandparents, Roddy and Debbie Shock; several aunts,uncles and cousins.               The family will receive friends on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 1 ? 2 p.m. in the House of Prayer, 12450 Plymouth-Goshen Trail, Plymouth where memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., officiated by the Rev. Ronald D.
