Too many great memories to list! I canโ€™t believe how lucky I was to come to know this family! God Bless you Carol! Thank you for everything you did for everyone who knew you. We are all better for having had you in our lives! I love you โ€˜Mom!โ€™ (Even if you tried to poison me!) Give Lori a big hug from me and take one yourself!

Gary, I was thinking how thrilled Lori, my mom and dad, and a whole host of others were to see Carol come Home to heaven. She is surrounded by indescribable love, and she gave so much love.
I always knew when Suzie was little, your mom kept an eye out for her to be sure she got on the bus ok. I am so glad there is a grand reunion ahead for all of us who love her. We love you. Mike, Dixie, and Suzie

My heart is so sad tonight ๐Ÿ’” Mrs Carol was my bus driver from the time we moved to Bremen until we moved into town. This woman was the sweetest, kindest & most loving woman. I would go home from school and play bus driver by lining up chairs as my seats & pretend to shift the bus gears, put out my stop arm and open the bus door. Seriously if you would have asked me when I was little what I wanted to be when I grew up, it would be just like Mrs Carol my favorite bus driver. Please know my heart & prayers are with you all. I still tell everyone this story because being a bus driver these days is a whole new ball game. She was the best of the best of the best. I pray her legacy lives on in all of you as much as she has mine ๐Ÿฅฐ Her dedication to the Bremen Community was extraordinary!

My families' thoughts and prayers are with you. Mrs. B. was a huge part of my siblings, and I growing up as our one and only bus driver. She was a sweet woman, who could be mean when she needed to. My daughter still has the afghan she made for her when she was born twenty-six years ago. If I still lived in Indiana I would definitely come and pay my respects. She was one of a kind.

Dear Family & Friends of Carol. Carol was loved beyond what words can express. We will all miss her,but we would never wish her back into this world of suffering. Her time on earth was well spent as we all know in our hearts. Now she is living in the Glorious Presence of Almighty God,Carol's Creator. How Glorious it must have been to hear God welcome Carol into her Glorious Heavenly Home with these words: "Well done thou good and faithful servant." May we all live our lives here on earth according to God's Will through Christ Jesus our Savior and Lord. With Our Deepest Sympathy and Love. Alan and Gail Hummel.
