As a student, I loved Ms. Moose’s class. She was exciting, and messy and fun. Years later, I enjoyed working alongside side her and dropping my own students off at her classroom door. You always knew when she was in the teachers lounge because she was laughing and telling stories. I am now an elementary art teacher and think of her often. I can only hope I am able to share my light with my students as Janet did. Her smile and that energy will be missed. Sending love to the family. ❤️

My name is Dawn French and I’m a retired teacher from Hay Primary School. Jan had been our art teacher during the last couple of years that I taught. She was a beautiful person and a true artist. She always had a smile, even when the students of a class were a bit disruptive. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

While I did not know Janet, I do know Mary Ann, Jim and Kimberly. Losing any member of one's family is difficult. She truly contributed to making life more worthwhile for other individuals. I am sorry to read of her passing.
