This tribute says it all about Erik. In addition, he was a great brother-in-law. He was very generous in sharing his time and love with his wife, Christina's, family. My memories that hold Erik are all about good times, good food and warm embraces of life. Our lives were made richer and fuller through knowing Erik.
I know his love brought great happiness into Christina's life and I thank Erik for the love he shared so freely with her and Christopher. Erik was a very good mentor as a father.
Our memories of times shared with him will keep him alive in our hearts and minds. I know his soul will surround us all with love and laughter in days to come.
Until next time, fare thee well, Erik. You are a valiant soul.

I got to know Erik but for a short time while he was regional manager for Scotty's. He was a friendly person. My heartfelt condolences !
