To Whom It May Concern:
As the past President / Owner of B&B Molders is was my distinct pleasure to have known and worked with Tom Roe. He was very appreciative of our company's environment, benefits and family atmosphere. He and I had many long talks about any number of topics. He was very kind, stubborn, funny, serious and very respectfull and hard working. We helped each other to stop smoking and kept each other in check. He loved his wife Della and talked about her to me many times.....even more than about his garden. I am deeply saddened about his passing, but can understand why he was called home, as there must be a shortage of angels, who need some rest, as their work load must be pretty heavy in today's world. I sure loved that guy! RIP my friend !!

Delia and family,
Very sorry to find out this past holiday weekend while home to hear of Tom’s passing. As past Operations and Engineering Manager for B&B Molders, LLC, I had the previllage to work with Tom up and to his retirement. He was an awesome processor, who knew more about scientific molding than people gave him credit for. He was always hard working, always talked about his family and time spent with them. He always expressed his love for the outdoors and gardening. He would always bring in his wonderful vegetables to share with the B&B Molders family. Tom will be missed my many, but rest in knowing that he is in a better place in heaven gardening up a storm! He will be a great angel for God, watching over family and friends here on earth. Our hearts and prayers are with you and family during this time of mourning.
