Sorry for your loss. My Mom Fran Norbeck was her neighbor in River Park. When Joyce moved to Warsaw they talked a couple times but then my husband passed away suddenly at home and she moved in with me so Joyce couldn't get hold of Mom again after that. She feels bad she never got her address to send her letters since we have since moved to Georgia after selling my house. Mom will do some praying for Joyce over the next months and she is thinking of all of you now, hoping you will get threw the hard times.
