Georgia, Jennifer, Troy & Justin: So sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I so remember him from the skating rink, he loved to skate fast and backwards and had a great time when he was there. Heaven has indeed received a great angel. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I am so sorry for you and your families at this time. It was great to have seen and talked with him at Dad's (Charles Woodsmall) party in December. I will always remember him as the older, flashier cousin. I was going to bring mom and dad up but both are under the weather and couldn't travel at this time. So they also send their love and support at this time.
