My condolences to the Albright family. Ron always had kind words for me. I had the pleasure of running into him several times last summer at the Plymouth airport. Those airport coffee breaks just won't be the same. My apologies but I will be out of state during the viewing and funeral. Much sympathy.

My deepest sympathy to everyone. Mr. Albright was always working when we were young so i didn't know him well. However, how much Mrs. Albright relied on him and how awesome every one of the kids are tells me he was wonderful. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this time and often just because. Peace to you all

What a character! As a retired Indiana State Trooper myself, I have known Ron since late 1979. He was one to look up to for sage advice as I worked the road in Southern St. Joe and Northern Marshall Counties. He never changed...always a steady guide. More recently, Ron was at the Plymouth Municipal Airport almost every morning telling stories...reminiscing...talking about his family and his hobbies and his love of old artifacts.

GodSpeed, my friend and many prayers for your family & friends!

We are sorry to learn of Ron's passing. We got acquainted with him during his Trooper days when
he was part of a group staging the closing of an illegitimate business and our equipment was used in the process. Ron is a good person and will be missed. God bless you.

Ron will be deeply missed by all.
He was not only a police academy classmate but also a dear friend.
Unfortunately I will be unable to attend his service due to scheduled medical care but I
will definitely have him and his family in my prayers.

To hear about the loss of Your dad those are hard times loosing a mother or father...especially the holidays when family gets together you will miss him then and I learned from loosing my dad. That we tend to look at those situations as bad, but it's not bad just different so try and realize that when you miss him to think about what I said. Start new traditions and share with your kids memories of your dad. At first it will hurt and feel horrible as time goes on and your grieving pocess moves on life will get easier little by little. So hang in there. I hope of this makes sense. I am sorry for your loss.

Ron was a true mentor and friend. When I moved to Marshall County as a young trooper, he gave great advice and was truly fun to be around. I will miss those trooper gatherings down by the river with Ron and the guys. He was one of the last of the old school troopers and a great amount of knowledge and professionalism left with him. Ron may have passed, but he left a strong legacy for others to follow. Rest well, Ron.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of a very dear friend and fellow Trooper out of the old South Bend Post 1A, then District 12. Ron was a trooper who set me in the right direction and a friend that I will never forget. My condolences to his family, another Indiana State Police Officer who gave his very best each and every day, may he rest in peace knowing that he helped many people in the northern Indiana area during his days of service. I regret that I am unable to attend the services since I am out of state at this time.Again I say rest in peace dear brother Trooper, you paid your dues and you will long be remembered.
