Dear Dirk,
I just heard this sad news. I apologize for it being so late. My heart is heavy for you right now. You know, not everyone, but most of us that are lucky enough to have been blessed with good loving parents, it doesn't matter how old we are, when we lose momma (and daddy)...it's like we are that child again. The loss is so great it's almost unbearable. Dirk, You were so good to Ms. Ginny and it was apparent you loved her! You were a good son to your mom! Your mom loved the ground you walked on! You were her pride and Joy. When she spoke of you, her face lit up. It's a beautiful thing. To know that she loved you so MUCH and to know that she knew you loved her SO SO MUCH! That should bring you peace. Some don't have that.
Ms. Ginny was always very nice to me. To Grant, you and your family are also in my thoughts and prayers. I'm truly sorry for such a huge loss. Sincerely, Becky Peirce McGinnis
