SORRY TO HEAR OF BILLY'S PASSING. I HAD THE HONOR OF WORKING WITH HIM AT NIPSCO AND ALWAYS ENJOYED BEING AROUND HIM HE WAS A GREAT GUY. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH THE FAMILY AT THIS TIME.
