To anyone who may read this, I had not found out about Don's passing for many years after the event. He was my mentor, giving me my first job in the field of antique radio repair when I was 12. Don was a good man and he and Sylvia took care of (and tolerated) me for many years of my childhood. I can only say 'goodbye' Don, and thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
