Sr. Kenneth taught all three of my children at St. Mary's parish school in Edwardsville. Two things stand out in my memories of that time...in addition to the fact that she was a kind and loving teacher. She loved running her hand over my son's hair---his Dad always gave him a buzz cut and it felt good to both Sister and David! I can't remember which daughter it was, but her school birthday party was planned with homemade doughnuts and Sister found herself teaching an extra class that day because one of the teachers was ill. She called to tell me because she knew she could ask and I would gladly bring enough for everybody. Those were happy times for me, and I think for Sister Kenneth, too. I will keep her and all of her family in my prayers.

My deepest prayers and sympathy to each of the PHJC sisters and Sr. Kenneth's family and friends. She was a very dear person. quiet, holy, and reflective. Her and I would spend time together in prayer, worship, enjoying music and "just being". She had the appearance a and radiance to me of Mother Catherine Kasper, foundress of the PHJC community. Heaven has gained a beautiful lady a she touched many here on earth in body,mind,and soul.
