My condolences to the family. I remember how nice the family was and what great root beer they served back in the good old days. Heaven is a richer place today. Be comforted knowing that he is now in a land of no pain and no suffering. Prayers are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Steve was such a great schoolmate and teammate at LaVille. Playing baseball, heading to the root beer stand and then to Lake of the Woods for a dip in our baseball uniforms was a hoot. Not sure who started it, but we all referred to Steve as "Irish". I'm so sorry that I haven't seen Steve for so long. I will be out of town on Friday but I will take the time to celebrate Steve's life and the fond memories I have of him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sara, I am so sorry to hear about your dad passing. Hold on to the wonderful memories you have. No one can take that from you. It's been 17 years for my dad now and I still remember the love he gave us kids. Here's a great big hug for you sweetie. His pain is over now. What a glorious day for him. My prayers for you and your family. Stella

To the entire Izdepski family---we were shocked to hear the news of Steve's passing. And, with very deep regrets, we were unable to attend the services yesterday. Please know that you are ALL in our prayers at this time. We hope that it once again united your family, knowing that he is in a much better place and now reunited with mom (Aunt Pat) and dad (Uncle Alfred). We are hoping to get addresses together and send out cards very soon.

I worked with Steve when he started his business through 2005 when I retired. He became a personal friend along with his father Al, brother Mark and nephew Dave. We always talked of family and what family meant to us.

Steve stopped by last summer for a visit and we spent a couple of hours talking and recalling old times. Little did I know that it would be the last time I would see him. In hindsight, I wonder if he already knew of his disease.

I know you will miss him deeply. Please accept my condolences.
