My condolences. I will remember Wanda dancing the Polka on Dyngus Day years ago.

I became acquainted with Wanda while she was a resident at Pilgrim Manor. She joined my sister-in-law, Rosanna at the dining table. Wanda had an unexpected sense of humor, though she only showed it only on occasion.
it wasn't until I read her obituary that I learned she was a sister to Dallas Spaid, an old neighbor. I grew up in the neighborhood where my husband and I still reside on Lake Avenue. Larry Spaid was in my graduating class and Mike spaid played with my brothers!
My sympathy to all of her family and friends who mourn her departure.
