I was so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I have many fond memories of the Schmidt family who lived next door until we moved to Florida in 1977. Peace to her memory!

I was very sad to learn that Pat passed away. She was a good friend to my parents and kind to all of us Martin kids. When I think about her, I can't help but hear laugh. Seems to me she was always laughing at coffee and donuts after church.

I am so sad about the passing of Pat. I just now read about it and surely would've come to the visitation, had I known. I'm sorry. I worked with Pat at the Pilot-News and always admired her. Although she probably didn't know it, she was my first "mentor." Please accept my belated condolences.
