Dear family of Sr. Margaret,
I was one of her students at St. Bavo. She was my 8th grade teacher and principal. Sr. Margaret was my favorite teacher. I learned so much from her that I was very prepared for high school. She was a role model for me when I became a teacher. I used many of her techniques. The ultimate reward was when she came to teach at St. Monica where I was working. She taught 6th grade and I taught 7th grade. What an honor to teach with my mentor. We still sent each other Christmas cards until last year. You are in my prayers. She will be missed. Sr. Margaret will always hold a special place in my heart.
