I was deeply saddened when I heard the news of Uncle Russell's passing. Please accept out heart felt sympathies for your loss. I will always remember Uncle Russell's war stories, paintings and whit. May God's grace give you strength.

Uncle Russell was a man who made a difference in so many ways. He had gifts of humor and artistic talents. He loved and was loved. He will be missed.

My heart and prayers go out to the family of Russell. He was truly a wonderful person who always made you feel welcomed in his & Jewel's home and his children were such a big part of my life growing up in Gary. Russell and Jewel turned me on to real down south country music for the first time. May you rest in peace.
