Dear Frieda and Family:

I am in Florida at this time and will be unable to express my sorrow to you in person. I enjoyed working with Bob all those years at The State Exchange Bank and I know He will be missed by each of you. My Prayers are with you during this Celebration of Bob's Life.

To Frieda and Family -

Bruce and I were deeply saddened to hear of Bob's passing. We loved hearing his stories and his profound knowledge of the history of our the area. He was a true "old world" gentleman and we will miss him a great deal. Sadly, we will be unable to attend the funeral on Wednesday. As you and I talked about this the other day, daughter Sarah is scheduled for a C-section that day, and we will become first-time grandparents. You and your family are in our hearts and prayers.

Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We thought so much of Bob through our association with you both in Lions. May God bless you and comfort you in your loss.

Frieda, Chris and I sent our condolences. We are in Nevada so we are sorry we cannot pay our respects in person.
We certainly have many fond memories. I enjoyed his leadership in the Culver Lions and I learned quite a lot from him.
He will be missed by all.

I first met Bob in 1979 at State Exchange Insurance. Over the years I had the pleasure of working with Bob or visiting with him at insurance related meetings. Always the gentlemen, his word was sincere, always a cheerful greeting. Although I lost track of Bob the last 10 years it was with great sadness to read of his passing. Rest in Peace.

Debbie, So sorry to read about the passing of your father. I know your family is proud of all he did. I didn't know he drove around important leaders of our country. I also learned his after military occupation was in insurance. Your family will be in our prayers.

Freida and family sorry to hear about Bob. Unfortunately we are not able to be there. We loved to hear the stories that Bob would tell about him and my dad thru the years. How they would be sent out on fact finding missions for the bank. They helped in our area and beyond. Bob would send me notes of praise of how the farm looked, or the crops, or what was going on in the county. A person of his stature and integrity will truly be missed in our community.
