Dear Judy and Girls: I know this is a difficult time for you, but just wanted you to know that we will miss Jack, his e-mails and especially his telephone calls to Phil every day. Jack will be sorely missed by many people, he was a favorite pt of ours on Day Rd. I always looked forward to his visits. Thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family at this most difficult time.

We were so sorry to hear of Jack's passing - he was loved by all and will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Jack had such a wonderful sense of humor, good heart, and ever growing pride in his family and home. Please know that Earl and I are thinking about you and that our hearts are heavy with your loss.
