My thoughts and prayers go out to the Carlson family and friends.

I've known "Swede" my whole life, not well, but Dad and Grandpa knew him quite well. It seems that everybody out in the few country mile blocks where we all grew up knew everybody in the area. At least our parents' and grandparents' did. I remember "Swede" reminiscing when Dad passed away. At the funeral home and/or church and even more so at Dad's estate sale I spoke quite a bit with Swede and Bill Bottorf (Billy's dad) talking about how Grandpa and Dad would have live music, dancing, and soda pop and invite the neighbors when a building was completed.

Jerri who I barely remember, Sherri who I remember quite well and have seen quite a few times over the years at Pizza Hut, and Jodi who I know from all the great times in band and church youth group. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Remember all the great times and rest assured that your wonderful mom and dad are together again dancing or whatever goes on in heaven. Maybe all the old neighborhood are hangin' out together. And that someday you too will be with them, years from now.

In Christ's love,

Ben Samuelson and Family
