Dallas & Wilma Reed Denver Co. Wish to send our prayers to Harold's Wife and family. I spoke to Laura this afternoon when she called to let me know of her loss. Harold and I were coon hunting partners as well as fishing partners. He was my closest friend from that part of the country and I'll miss him greatly. We also hunted with his dad and brother from time to time. His sister Judy and I was in the same grade at school and were good friends. I know the cancer has put Harold through a lot for the past several Years and now he no longer has to suffer. R.I.P. Harold

Harold married my mom Laura in 1967, when I was just 3 years old. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather. He was a humble and caring man that loved his family and worked hard to provide for us. Amongst many things, he taught me how to hunt and how to fish. A tradition that is now carried on by my boys. He loved his grandkids dearly. They are his pride and joy. I couldn't have wished for better grandpa for my kids. He enjoyed spending time with them and proudly attended as many of their school functions and sporting events as he could. He loved to take them fishing when they were younger. Cancer took his body but it could not destroy his soul. He fought hard throughout this past year. Harder than a person should ever have to fight. Even though it took him away from doing the things that he enjoyed the most, he never gave up - right up until the end. Harold will never be forgotten. I will forever appreciate what he has given to me and to my family. We love and miss him greatly.

Harold was a good man and wonderful provider for his family, I remember how he always seen to have time to play ball and catch with his kids and going fishing. He will be missed by all who was lucky enough to have known him.
