Billie and Family:

So sorry to hear of the passing of Wayne who was a beloved classmate. He was a quiet person who loved his community. Plan to be with you on Friday to say goodbye. He will be missed at the Class of 1954's 60th reunion in 2014. Sincerely, Char (Krieg) Jensen

Billie and family,
My deepest sympathy and prayers to all of you! I so enjoyed his joking and good humor while serving him breakfast at Catherine Kasper.

"Tigers Avenue" will not be the same.

God's blessings on Wayne.

To Mrs. Holderead and family,
You have our deepest sympathies and prayers at this time. May God give his grace and comfort to you. I have fond memories of Wayne during our early school and growing up days- he was an all-around guy who we liked to have in our class and on our team. Along with you and your family our class of PHS 1954 will miss him. Nah 1:7 The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.
Sincerely,
Bob and Christine Orr

Our deepest love and sympathy are sent up in prayers for Billie and his entire family and many friends. Wayne touched our hearts in so many ways while living with us at the Catherine Kasper Life Center. Wayne helped us to laugh and live full lives and appreciate each other. He looked out for himself, Billie and everyone he came in contact with. Wayne really loved exercising, eating chicken , mashed potatoes, and cheeze chunks. Wayne always shared the love of our Lord in all he did and trusted god with his whole heart. We will deeply miss "our" Wayne. Thank you for sharing Wayne with us.

Deepest prayers and sympathy,

Dear Mrs. Holderead,
Wayne was a kind and caring person. He will be missed by all who knew him.
When we were both at the old Washington School, Wayne and Larry Johnson and I would eat lunch together. I lived in town, but my mother would pack me a lunch some days and Wayne and Larry would always invite me to have lunch with them. We would have lunch in the old study hall on the 3rd floor. It is at least 70 years now, but those beautiful memories are never forgotten.
I would be at the church, but I am in Thailand now until next week.
I am very sorry Mrs. Holderead. The world needs many more people like Wayne.

Dear Billie and family,
I send you and the family my deepest sympathy. My prayers are with you all through this time.

Wayne will be missed by all his "1954" classmates.

Sorry I will not be to viewing or service as I have come to Florida for winter.
