As I think of precious Katie, I am overwhelmed with gratitude that I have the privilege of being called her friend. She truly loves The LORD, and He enabled her to finish so strong. "In the twinkling of an eye", we will reunite ...forever! Our very deepest condolences are extended to her entire family.

Katie was such a blessing to me and my family. She and her husband was dear friends to my parents. I knew her since I was 'small'. She was the one who encouraged me to play the piano and gave me my start in playing for the childrens' Sunday School. Her very life was such a testimony to me. My children especially my daughters looked at her as another 'grandma'. Life will not be the same at First Baptist Church. I will miss seeing her. She was such a treasured friend and we all loved her. I am glad that one day Katie, my family and I will be reunited in the blessed home of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Looking more and more forward to it. See you soon Katie.

Miss Kate was my old neighbor. I lived on Sycamore St in Plymouth,and she lived right across the street. She gave me a sewing machine,and was going to teach me how to sew. We never got to do that bc my house burned down. She was one of the most compassionate people I have ever met!! She loved my girls as if they were her granbabies!! I love you Miss Kate,and I will forever have such a special place in my heart for her!!!!
