Dear Ruth Ann and family,

I am very sorry to hear of Cecil's passing. I loved to visit with you all when we lived there. I know my father loved working with Cecil. The two could talk railroad until there was no tomorrow. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We cannot be there in person, but be assured you are with us in our hearts during this time. Again, we are very sorry for your loss.
