The Derf family is saddened to hear about the passing of Ken. He and his family have always been important to the Derfs, especially the friendship of our daughters, Kim and Amy. We are thankful that the family had an opportunity to spend quality time together a short time before his health exploded. God be with you and comfort you. You can rest assured that Ken's spirit is now in Paradise with no pain, no suffering, and he is preparing a place for us. We pray for your peace and comfort at this difficult time. Feel the love of your family and friends and allow it to lift you up and embrace you.

Dear Sandy & Family,
So sad to hear about Ken's passing. I have known him since our JC's days. When I worked at Sunsation he would pop in and out spending most of his time in that scary basement.

My prayers are with you all. May Ken soar with the angels!

Sandy, Lori, Amy, Daniel, Morgan and all?Nancy and I send our love to you at the sudden passing of your cherished husband, father, and grandfather, Ken. I remember first meeting Ken during our Plymouth Jaycees days and how inspired I was by his entrepreneurial spirit, his gregarious and friendly personality, ?can-do? attitude, and impeccable integrity. We had a great fun during our early ?skiing days? (late ?80?s early ?90?s) and many trips to Southwest Michigan where we learned to ski along with the rest of the gang from Plymouth. And we always enjoyed his (and family members) winter-time visits to our home in Colorado for skiing in the Rockies. We have many great memories of our times with Ken.

We will sincerely miss his presence in this life?but we look forward to seeing him again with our Lord in eternity. May God comfort you and give you His peace that passes all human understanding.

Our love to all. Keith and Nancy Felix

Sandy, we were so sorry to learn of Ken's passing. Our ARISE group will truly miss him. Everyone appreciated his thoughtful perspective. It was obvious he loved you and loved being with you. It was obvious he knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He is with Jesus in Paradise now and we'll all see him again. Until then, he will be missed by many here. Love, Mindy and Bill
