Dear Dodie and Family,
Sorry this is the first we have been in touch in many years, but we wanted to let you know how much you and Ray have meant to us! Our visit in California was only for a short time, but your love, warmth and hospitality have stayed with us all these years. As Ray has gone on before us, to be united with our Savior, may you all rejoice in his life and your many memories and may our wonderful Savior comfort you as you feel the loss of his closeness!

Dodie, my dear friend, and family: 7/20/13

Speaking with you and Nathan today really made my heart ache. Robert and I are so grateful that we spent time with you in May. Seeing Ray again was very special - hearing you and him sing, and seeing his eyes just gleam in your presence is something I will never forget, nor will my little Kirby Dude.

Even though Ray is gone from sight, his presence can still be felt in our hearts. May warm memories of happiness you shared bring you comfort in your time of sadness and the days ahead.
