Jo and I were neighbor's, we had so many good times. when Jo got cancer I would take food to her and visited her often, we became real good friends then when I got cancer we became better friends, she made me so many good things like tapioca pudding and her famous sugar cookies. When I moved in 2011 Jo and I keep in touch and I had a good visit with her in January, I loved Jo she was very special to me.

I just found out about Jo's passing when Hal sent me the obituary notice after I had sent a Christmas card. Jo & Charlie were special people. We enjoyed fishing trips to Lake michigan in Charlie's old pick up truck, and lots of other fun stuff when I lived in LaPaz. Every year Jo always sent me newsclips of things that went on in LaPaz and interesting news. I will miss my old friend, and know that she & Charlie are together again.
