Amy was a very sweet and generous soul. My condolences and prayers go out to her family. May her presence always be close to your hearts. I was more than happy to help Amy as much as possible. She will be dearly missed.

I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Amy since January. Although we did not have a lot of time to get to know each other, I am thankful for the time we did have together. Amy was a kind soul and never took advantage of anyone, only asking for assistance when she was in dire circumstances. She taught us all how to live with the unfortunate diagnosis of cancer. While she was dying from cancer on one hand, she was also living with it on the other. She never allowed herself to be beaten by the illness, she still attended art classes, got massages by local masseurs, attended community events, and even went to church every Sunday she could in her condition. I do not view her with pity or misfortune, I view her as the strong and loving soul that I know she was... May her memories and the things she stood offer light to illuminate all of our paths. Thank you Amy for what you have given and shared, and I offer up my condolences to her family during these trying times.

Amy was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the privilege of calling my friend.
She was everything I admire in a human being. The world has lost a beautiful soul.

I loved Amy. though i lost track of her of years...she was the kindest soul I have ever met. when I was going through the roughest financial time of my life, amy instroduced me to a gentle man to work in a toy factory in indiana. she helped me find another job as well selflessly assisting. she was my energy healer since I could not afford to get therapy. she is the purest soul i have ever known. she always made my day brighter and I owe her much gratitude and I will love her for the rest of my time as a sister and a dear friend. sorry amy I was not there and we lost touch...I love you and thank you for being my friend , thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving me. love always nazanin baygani

I always enjoyed hanging out with Amy in our younger years. We had some great times in grade school and through Jr.high and High School in Plymouth. Between us we could always make a boring school bus ride more exciting. One time a young man decided it would be a good plan to bring a "pet" spider to school in a jar. He also decided it was a good idea to open the jar and hold it up to the girls and act like he would let it crawl on them. As he got closer to our seat.......I looked at Amy who I knew hated killing animals and said ......"that spider is dead if he gets to me with it"......sure enough he ended up right beside me.......Amy knocked it out of his hand sending the spider scurrying somewhere on the bus.......which made for a rather lively ride the rest of the way to school.......Another time......we had an Easter Egg hunt ....on the bus of course.......She was always a delight to be around and it was fun to hear her laugh. I am sorry she had such a difficult end to her life......and I am sorry for Alan , Martin and other family that will miss her. My prayers are with them.

Amy and I were good friends, I had the good fortune to live for several months on Amy's land in Lawrence County. I also enjoyed visiting her when she was in Puerto Rico. As it happens, when I found out just now of her passing I realized I am wearing a shirt she gave me ten years or so ago. It says, "World Peace". Thank you, Amy!

May each of you know that Amy has finally found peace from her problems and feels no pain.

My son, Brian, and Amy were in the same class.

My thoughts are with you during this time of loss.

I was a high school classmate of Amy's, and I have seen her a few times since then. She always was a straightforward and sweet person, and I enjoyed talking with her. My own sister died too young last year, so I have some feeling of what your grief is like. Amy's family will be in my thoughts.

I am so saddened to hear of Amy's passing. Amy was a gentle soul with a heart of gold. I had the pleasure of hanging out with her at our last reunion and getting creative with glow sticks. My heartfelt thoughts, prayers, and condolences to her family. Heaven has just been blessed by her presence. Goodbye sweet friend.
