Marty, Dawn, Andy, and Macy, I cant express the sorrow that is in my heart for you guys at this time. Your dad was like a big brother to me. He called me his itty, bitty sissy! I loved him like he was my brother.
I know this has to be such a difficult time for you guys, and I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. If there was any possible for me to be there, I would.
Please dont hesitate to call if you need anything!

Mr. Martin was always a pleasure to see whenever he came into our office. He always had a smile and we all loved to just sit and chat with him.We can honestly say he was one of our favorite clients and our hearts are heavy to learn of his passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Macy, We just spoke with your Dad
about a barber chair..we were looking for. He sounded great and as always so proud of you. There really are no words...you know how loved you were and all those wonderful memories you have will someday be a comfort to you. love and sympathy to you and your family. We are as close as a phone call if you neef us for anything.

My Dear and Sweet Friend Macy,

Sending you deep understanding for your HUGE loss; your Father IS a great memory in my heart. I'm honored to have known him - it is thru your sharing and giving that I received this privelage. Sending you and your family lots of LOVE and AFFECTION, espcially now. As you know, I will not be in the country to attend the servcies, but I will reflect on the time and celebration of his life. I will continue to keep you in my prayers and ask God our Father to bless you and your family, provide wisom of understanding and courage to endure this pain.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. I had the privilege of teaching photography to Al; he was a very good student and an even better person. It was always a pleasure to spend time with him.

Dear Martin Friends & Family,
Sharon and I were so sorry to learn of Alan's death! I first met Alan as the father of several of my students. As the years passed and his children left the Elementary school our relationship moved from parent/principal to friend & neighbor. When Alan and I would meet and visit I always enjoyed hearing about what his children were doing. Argos Elementary School set up a program of Safe Houses around the city where students could go if they were in some type of danger. These Safe Houses were called Block Homes back then and the Martins were one of the first families to sign-up. Sharon & I deeply appreciate Alan's service to our country! Our sincere condolences to all the family!
