So sorry to hear about Ronnie's passing. As you may remember I would stop by at his shop from time to time to get him to bring something back to life, and i felt that he was a good friend. the first thing that he brought back to life for me was a Skil Saw in the 1960s, that I had purchased at a farm sale, knowing that it did not run. A stop by his shop, there in Rochester, and he soon had it running. that picture of him with his glasses down on his nose, and a cigar in his hand captures him to a "T", as it were.

I later became a Vietnam War DAV, so he and I also had military backgrounds, even though mine was in the Army, instead of the Navy.

I planned to be there today, but my health problems thwarted that effort.
