Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and many will never know all he did for the church and others. Milan Levett

My deepest prayers and sympathy go out to each and every one of you. Jim was such a wonderful holy man. Our friendship came to be at Catherine Kapser Life Center where we shared prayer, worship, stories, games, and laughter. He gave lots of love and joy to everyone. Jim loved God with his whole heart, body, & soul and shared this with many and especially his beautiful best friend and wife Donna. God has called home a very special man to His house.
Love, prayers, and sympathy,

To Donna and family - I'm so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He has fought a long battle very bravely. Wish I could be there to give you a hug. You're in our thoughts and prayers.

I have many fond memories of Jim and his loving family from my teenage years. What a terrific mentor he was to so many who knew him. And I will always remember Big Jim, our 1962 church league first baseman. He used to be able to use those muscles built on the farm to slam a softball with that bat. His zest for life, love of family, and faith in Jesus were visible for all to see. His family is left with a wonderful legacy of a fine human being. God bless and comfort you all.

So very sorry about the passing of Jim. He leaves a wonderful legacy to his family and friends. Such a long history with my Dad and of course my younger days affiliated with the Methodist Church, I will always remember his cheerful hellos and warming smile.
