I drove by the bargin barn today and had seen the sign that chris had passed away. I was sadden by the news. I have been going to the bargin barn for a long time as well as my dad until he passed in sept. chris was always so polite and always had a smile on his face. if there were more people like him this world would be a better place. I am sorry to hear of his passing and will be praying for the family.

Darlene, Kris, and family,

It is never easy to say 'good-bye' to a loved one....especially one so young. I pray you will lean on the Lord and your family during this difficult time and take comfort in knowing that Chris is no longer having to endure the health problem that has gripped him for so many years.

Sincerely,

Judy and I were at the "store" on Saturday and this was the first time we knew Christian Jay Snyder had passed. We saw the sign on the way out. I have passed the Bargain Barn several times and never noticed....guess I was "rushing" by too fast, except to note that the Saturday hours were still the same. Guess we all need to SLOW DOWN in more ways that one.
Judy "found" the Bargain Barn after she bought the farm in 1993 and did alot of remodelling of her old farm house with stuff she found there. So we have been shoppers and fans there, ever since.
Rest in Peace, dear friend, just as the sign says. And know that alot of people will always be standing by your family in your absence.
