Dick will always be remembered by the Richey Family for the leadership, dedication and support he provided to our family during their 4-H years in the beef project. He loved cattle and kids who also loved cattle. His true grut was evident as he witnessed what was to be his last North American International Livestock Show, NOVEMBER, 2011 and most recently the 2012 National Western Livestock Show in Denver, CO.
We will miss you at the cattle events, but know you will be looking down upon us.
Stand tall in the saddle my friend, your work was well done.

Dick will always be remembered as a mentor to me. His wisdom was surpassed only by his passion. Jan, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you for calling me and giving me an opportunity to speak with him. I will cherish that conversation.

I was privileged to know Dick and to become part of his office staff 12 years ago. I will always remember him for taking the time to teach me everything that he could and for his dedication and care for his clients. He has always had their best interest ay heart, he never wanted to take advantage of them but to make sure that they were taken care of. Even in his sickness he wanted to make sure that the clients were taken care of. I have heard so many stories this year about how he had helped his clients and their families no matter what it took. I know that he will be trully missed by his clients and also by his employees at Richard Bean Office. I will always try to follow his example of how to treat others and to give your all and it will come back to you.

I had the pleasure of working with Dick at Christy and Swan, CPA's in Valpariaso in the late 60's. I have stopped in to see him over the years in Plymouth. A great guy! He will be missed. Bruce Lighty
