As probably the last living cousin of Merle on the Eckert side, I would like to express my regrets at his passing. He was closer in age to my brothers Caryl and Bob (our dad was Elmer), but it's always sad to lose a member of the family. My sympathy to you and yours. We are currently in Florida, so do periodically see Owen and his wife.
