I was so saddened to hear of Kay's passing.
I knew her first as an attentive grandma who attended her grandchildren's activities at Jefferson School . She always showed much pride for each one of them. I remember her smiling face as I greeted her in the hallways and my classroom there.
And I want you all to know what a wonderful friend she was to my folks, Sam and Esther Shaffer. She helped me so much in the care of both of them as their last days approached. I will be eternally grateful to her for all of her acts of love and kindness at that time.
My thoughts are with each of you in the upcoming days and weeks. May God's strength be felt by all of you.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours. What a wonderful woman and she loved all of you so very much.

Bill, I remember the cookies and food that she would make for the fishing trips for you guys..we talked about all of that so often. I had no idea that she was ill or was having any problems...Jerry did love those cookies!

Memories are the things that will keep you going as she would want.

Robin, So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I didn't know your mom was a sister to Daren Morgan. He used to live right down the road from me growing up. I think my dad used to sing with his wife Norma. Just wanted you to know I was thinking of you. Take care.
